The bed and breakfast
Our philosophy is to provide our guests with the same high level of comfort & service we expect during our own travels. You will see this reflected in the decoration of the rooms, the quality of the breakfast & the personal service we provide. Our recently renovated bed & breakfast offers charming rooms, a shared luxury bathroom with separate shower and bath, separate WC and use of a fully equipped kitchen. The B&B has a separate entrance and we have no curfew.

International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA)
IDFA transforms the city centre into a paradise for documentary film fans. The 26th edition of the event runs from 20 November to 1 December, treating documentary lovers to the latest and greatest domestic and international arrivals from the documentary film world.
PAN is a modern-day art fair that provides surprise, variety and quality, presenting work that ranges from classical antiquities and Old Masters to contemporary photography and art. In 2013 the fair runs from 24 November to 1 December in the Amsterdam RAI.
Festival of Light
Amsterdam Light Festival features a host of special light installations, parades and walking routes that show the city’s waterways and buildings in a new light. An extensive side-programme will also see a host of activities and events take place at museums, theatres, restaurants, shops and other locations in Amsterdam from 6 December - 6 January.
Christmas and Christmas Shopping
Kalverstraat, Haarlemmerstraat, Nine Streets, PC Hooftstraat; every main shopping street is transformed to a Christmas paradise with beautiful shop windows and Christmas lights. Amsterdam shopping can offer you the choice for the perfect Christmas present. Finish your day with a spin on one of the many ice skating rinks on our main squares followed by hot chocolate and poffertjes.
